Sempre estou lá pelas tardes da semana e nunca tive nenhum grande problema, a não ser pela disponibilidade dos produtos. Não tem sempre uma grande quantidade de opção de bebidas, algumas ficam constantemente em falta. Para mim, não é um grande problema. A parte de cima é ótima para estudar e trabalhar. O atendimento é rápido e cordial. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I just left Starbucks av. Paulista 1499. Upon entering a filthy place, for a change, a brand is once again being humiliated by this brand in this country. That's why it's not enough for the place to be filthy, the cashier taking an order, taking money, taking a glass, sticking his finger inside the glass (do you know the amount of bacteria on our hands?) once again because I say this, when ordering a coffee with tall milk R$12.50 that when paying with R$20 reais they didn't have change (Friday in SP in São Paulo and they lose sales because they didn't have change) and what happened? I left without the coffee!!!!, pitifully pitiful. That's why I write to report how incredible it is that brands like Starbucks are being scrapped, humiliated and destroyed here in Brazil, losing sales for a simple change. I would like to alert the company's CEO that if at 7:45am on a Friday they lost a sale worth R$12.50 because they simply didn't have change. If today there are 20 customers who will not buy simply due to lack of change, this unit is losing around R$ 91 thousand per year, if that doesn't make anyone desperate or at least worried, I can only note that I write: that big brands come to Brazil and are destroyed by the lack of commitment to customers. 91 thousand in a single unit, I'm just sorry that the owner of Starbucks is failing to invoice simply due to a lack of change.
