Local lindo. Fomos em família, em um domingo, restaurante ate estava vazio. Atendimento ruim e confuso, pedi um prato (rici com ragu de cogumelos) e o que chegou nao era o que estava na descrição. E a informação que recebi, depois de reclamar foi "mudou a receita e nao atualizou o cardápio". Falta de respeito com o cliente. Demora pra atender, conta errada 3x, prato errado. Muito dificil. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Well, I went to Piu Higienópolis branch to use the 2 for 1 benefit and ordered exactly the dishes that were allowed on the menu: Pear Ravioli and Pomodoro Tagliatelle. We ate our dishes and when it was time to pay we were informed that we could not use the 2 for 1 because we did not notify them before placing the order. In other words, we were prepared to pay a certain amount and we left there leaving the cost of 2 dishes and we were not even able to use the voucher. We were extremely disappointed, it was a special occasion in which we went out to celebrate and we went through this stress. In no restaurant that we went to were we obliged to say in advance (because they see that we have the booklet and already imagine that we are going to use it). Most of them simply ask if the dish is in the 2 for 1 (for those who do not specify which dish is in the benefit) and life goes on. I was extremely embarrassed by the situation, I called the manager and he came and said that there was nothing he could do and that I would have to pay for both dishes (even though he agreed that we had ordered dishes that were under the 2 for 1 rule). Unfortunately, Piu was a restaurant that I really liked to go to, but I was very disappointed by this incident. It was the first time that such a bad experience had happened. I thought that they could have helped us this time and, next time, we would definitely tell Piu beforehand (he was the only restaurant that mentioned this rule). Besides, I asked the manager to prove it to me or show me where this rule was and he couldn't prove it. The manager was extremely unprepared. He didn't have even 1% empathy in trying to help us.
