The waffle isn't all bad. Still, it's not worth the price. The dough is heavy and not very tasty. The toppings are good, although the fruits are quite regulated in quantity. The biggest problem is the service, which is generally not courteous and unwilling to solve problems with orders that arrive incorrectly. Today, in particular, I went with my family, we ordered three waffles - all three without sugar and cinnamon. However, one of them came with sugar and cinnamon. When pointing out what had happened, the attendant told me that there was no change in the command and that there was no way to remove the sugar and cinnamon from the top of the waffle (obviously lol). I asked her to make another one, without sugar and cinnamon. She told me that she had used the last strawberry and there was no way to make another one. This is not the first time that they have refused to correct an error and I have been injured as a customer. If at least the attendants were friendly, the feeling wouldn't be so negative. Oh, and besides, the environment doesn't have good tables and chairs for eating there. I won't be returning again. Note: in my opinion, the worker's waffle is tastier and the service is much better.
