Paçoca
Paçoca is a Brazilian treat invented by natives before the Portuguese arrived, although its current recipe was shaped during the colonial period. In the simplest form, paçoca is a mix of ground peanuts, sugar, and salt, with variations thereof featuring cassava or maize flour.
