Péssima pizza. Conhecia a original Pizzaria Vignoli no Meireles. Confesso que essa expressa a qualidade é ZERO! Nem queijo mussarela quase não vem. Seca, sem queijo, sem molho e sem gosto. Perguntei por Cat-chup, disseram que não trabalham! NO RECOMENDO! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$20–40 Food: 1

Fui tentar comer no Vignoli, cheguei a pensar que eu que estava fazendo um favor ao rapaz do caixa. Atendimento pessimo, não explica as coisas direito e ainda fica fazendo bico. Simplesmente patético. Não percam seu tempo comendo lá, tem vários outros restaurantes no rio mar com atendimento bem melhor. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a bad experience this holiday 10/12 at Vignoli Expresso-Riomar, I suggest better training for employees. Especially when it comes to a manager who should understand people, especially when they are customers. Well, I placed the order with the person who was assembling the folders, who I later learned was the manager of the Rogerio store. My order was a small pasta with tuna, cordona egg, capers and leeks, well, I asked him to add 1 more cordona egg, as I noticed that he had put too much on the person next to me who was with me , behold, he with a cynical face asks me if I want another portion, I said no, after all I only wanted 1 uni. more like I saw in someone else's (1uni is different from 3uni which would make my dish disproportionate). Ok, I let it go, and went to the cashier, when I noticed him and a worker making a face of denial, my interpretation was of.."she asks for a small pasta and still wants to order more.." I could be wrong in the interpretation but just their faces made me feel bad, I commented to my family that I hated eating when I was angry, I don't even need to comment on the taste of that pasta, right? For me, express pasta at Riomar only in Spoleto, and vignoli only at Patio Dom Luis, where the employees are polite and treat me well. As you can see, the issue here is not just about 1 egg of cordona, what bothered me the most was: - First, the poor service by the employee. I suggest training or improving the selection (although I believe the problem was the lack of education and professionalism) - Second, I say lack of professionalism, because I clearly saw that for a certain type of person it is a quantity and for another the quantity changes. There is no standard. Another thing, I didn't mention it before but even the plate was different and I noticed that it was cracked. - Third, the lack of discretion of the employee who was with him. This situation could have been different if instead of looking cynical and asking if I wanted another portion, he had said: "Sorry, this is the house rule, this is the standard amount per serving, but if you want you can order an extra ". I wouldn't order it and I'd be a little upset because I saw a difference on someone else's plate, but I'd let it go.
