Pior Wikimaki em que já fomos. Pedimos teriyaki de frango e yakissoba de camarão e salmão, tamanho médio. No yakissoba, se tinha dois camarões e três pedaços de salmão foi muito. Macarrão cozido demais. Parecia que era sobra de comida de outro pedido (devia já estar pronto e só foi requentado). Não era comida que tinha sido acabada de ser feita. Além disso, o tamanho médio equipara ao pequeno, de tão mal servido. Reclamei duas vezes para os garçons que não havia camarão e nem peixe, e a resposta foi de que "avisaria a cozinha a respeito". Se fosse uma empresa de prestígio e séria, serviriam o mesmo prato, com os camarões e peixe bem servidos e ainda pediria desculpas pelo ocorrido. Nunca mais volto naquele restaurante. Péssimo.

On the night of 09/29/2024 I went to wikimaki Cabral for dinner with my wife and daughter. I wanted to have poke dinner with my wife, but the dish options were limited and confusing. However, at first my wife wanted to exchange ONLY harumaki chips for sweet potato chips, that's all, the waiter went to ask, after taking a long time, he came back saying that it was impossible, according to the chef, which caused us a lot of doubt as to why, just change the CHIPS, but that's ok, so we ordered TWO Philadelphia Salmon pokes, at the same time, to have dinner together, however, after a long wait, only one came. When asked the waiter why, as we ordered both at the same time, the waiter left very indifferently, barely speaking to us, and did not return to report any justification. After waiting for another eternity, I lost my patience, my wife had already finished her poke, I called the other waiter and asked if he had actually ordered the two pokes, he replied a little unsure, when he started to leave AGAIN, without giving any justification. , I called him back and told him to cancel my poke and bring the bill. After another eternity, I lost my patience and called him sternly, ordering him to bring my bill immediately, as I didn't want to stay another minute in that deplorable establishment. And then came the "icing on the cake" he brought the bill charging 2 POKES...see if you can, straight face, he didn't even check, I showed him the bill, and he told me "that's right, I'll redo it"... oh no, another eternity, it's not possible, a poorly managed joint, no wonder it's empty... if I were in charge of the establishment, I would never let a customer leave so dissatisfied, it's a huge lack of professionalism and respect for the consumer. They did not offer any apology or explanation, or any type of compensation, as he left the place late and hungry. To all my friends, family, well-known influencers, followers of my social networks, I reiterate my immense dissatisfaction and contempt for WIKIMAKI CABRAL, I do not recommend this terrible gastronomic environment to my worst enemy, perhaps to the good tastes of oriental cuisine, which this establishment mentioned above is light years away from achieving or deserving such status. Finally, I will never return to this place or any branch and I will do a lot of negative advertising to as many people as I can, because only in this way will we be able to be treated with a minimum of respect and consideration, because we, the consumers, are the ones who have to be right, and not this bunch of mercenaries and greedy people.
