After some time, being a loyal customer, on today's date (02/03/2024), they ended up losing us as customers, and along with that all the instructions we gave, Nice night, nice atmosphere, terrible service, the house was crowded , great for business, we ended up staying at the table on the street, where unfortunately there were people smoking while others were eating. Until then, I believe that the restaurant does not discriminate, ok, well, we placed our order, customers arrived all the time, there was a man at the door advising us about the tables and the remaining seats, in between, an attendant came and placed her hand on our soda cans to see if they were empty, detail, he didn't say anything, didn't ask permission to touch the drinks or ask if we wanted more. Soon after, the receptionist came to the table to ask if we were served, I replied that we were waiting for a seafood order, so he respectfully thanked us, shortly after, another waiter appeared asking the same question, we gave the same answer , he then asked the manager to check the order, the order was not in the order, which had been made as soon as we arrived, total disregard, we were upset with what happened and immediately went to the cashier to pay for the rest of the order. It seemed that it didn't matter to them, because at that moment we vacated the table that was needed, but we were also going to consume. Apologies only from the waiter called RAFAEL, but at that moment his apology was no longer necessary, as at that moment they were losing us as customers. How boring is this SB Food Park. But that's what I always say, to win me over as a customer, you don't need a price, because anyone, anywhere gives a price. But to lose me you need even less.
