Excellent discovery on Marconi Street. Shawarma (R$25) spectacular, honest esfirra (R$8). I recommend the Beef Shawarma, very tasty. Point for improvement: the heat emanating from the meat/chicken roasting equipment spreads throughout the restaurant, making the place extremely hot. This place is a hidden gem in the Center, and I make a point of having lunch there whenever I can. It was there that I tried my first shawarma and since then it has followed my standard for everyone who came after. The service is super friendly and helpful, the shawarmas are delicious, filling and are sold in combos with excellent value for money and which include a portion of fries (which grew the last time I went, along with the price), a bottle of coca-cola and a small portion of the lightest and creamiest garlic paste I've ever tasted. The menu itself is quite varied, with beef, chicken, mixed, kafta and falafel shawarmas as well as esfihas, traditional Arabic dishes, savory snacks and Arabic sweets for dessert. The environment is small and welcoming, although a little noisy and stuffy, but nothing that gets in the way. Anyone who can visit can go without worrying that it is worth it.
