This type of evaluation, whose sole objective is to depreciate and tarnish someone else's hard work, does not even deserve a response, but as we respect our customers and employees, we will make some points clear: 1) Our food is not frozen. Beef, tilapia or chicken steaks are grilled one by one, for each customer who orders. Most of our food is produced on the stove or oven, we avoid using microwaves as much as possible. The use of the freezer is solely and exclusively made to store inputs, but they are all prepared and seasoned on the day they are served. Furthermore, our dishes and services are periodically evaluated by our customers, through satisfaction questionnaires, in which we obtained a score very close to the total; 2) Our employees eat the same food that is served to customers, always prepared by one employee for another. The number of grams in a dish has never been measured; 3) All our employees are treated with respect, without shouting or insults; 4) Closing the kitchen door when external cleaning takes place is part of the restaurant's food safety protocol, as cleaning products contain elements that can contaminate food. In time, given your history of evaluations of establishments, which does not contain any praise, only depreciation of other people's work, we cannot wish you anything more than light and peace.
