Hambúrguer muito saboroso, e entrega muita rápida. As fritas é do tipo ondinha (crinckle) nunca vi nada igual! Muito bom!! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$20–40

Today I went with my wife and my autistic son to visit Rezenha Burger, I was the only consumer there in person. Unfortunately I had a bad experience, the order came out after 1 hour and 20 minutes, I was the only consumer at that time, one of the burgers ordered was still wrong and the meat on the other was also wrong, for my taste I found it too cold for a burger which had just been prepared. I was more upset, because a person who arrived much later was served first and I saw that they hadn't ordered via delivery, as they were on our side and then changed tables. This post is constructive feedback to improve and other people to have better experiences. 1. I ordered two separate burgers to get to know the house and there was a combo, the attendant could have suggested it, we are getting to know the house, a presentation is the least we ask for. 2. If you place the same order for delivery and in-person service, you will always have dissatisfied customers. Note: In the end, the attendant apologized and changed the burger he had ordered incorrectly. . Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
