I'm starting to explore the world of vegan recipes, so I tried a lot of options from Public House Vegan, I even picked up food to eat the next day. :) Regarding the food, I really liked the menu, although some items were available on the day and others were not. I think it would be even better if I had the option to choose another bread for the sandwich, like wholemeal bread, potato bread, or some other option other than white bread (which I personally find a bit bland). I thought the service was good, I thought it was really cool that they informed us that waiters accept a 10% tip, that tips are divided directly between the waiters and that it is optional, and I thought it was polite that they informed us of this before receiving payment of the bill. As they had informed all of this before receiving payment, I thought they pushed things a little because as soon as we paid the bill they asked us if we wanted to tip. Think about it with me: if customers are informed in advance, as is currently the case, then the customer has already heard and understood how it works. At this point, if the customer wants to tip, they already know to offer the tip after paying their bill. If the customer is asked directly, the situation changes. I was thinking that perhaps the waiter's direct question was a sign of his expectation of receiving the 10%. I don't know if the waiters at Public House Vegan earn what they consider a fair wage, so I would suggest that management not focus on correcting the waiters, but rather focus on ensuring that they are feeling valued and well paid for the good service they provide. they already provide. And finally, the atmosphere of the bar that I experienced was outside. I sat on the chairs on the sidewalk, so I didn't see the karaoke they say was inside, and I have no idea what the "club" in the description was. :) I will go back there and recommend it!
