The experience at Popeyes Plaza has gotten much worse lately. They don't serve vibrant food anymore. In my favorite combo (bucket with fries and chicken) you can no longer select the garlic sauce and they also don't allow you to change it in these cases. The food court is ridiculously noisy on weekends. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$20–40 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

After buying a bucket with 12 pieces of chicken with bones at the kiosk, the employee shouted my name and said it would take 15 minutes. I said that was fine. Less than 30 seconds later, she shouted at me again and asked if I wanted to exchange it for chicken breast. I said that I wanted the pieces, because if I wanted the breast, which is even cheaper, I would have bought it. That's when she said that she only had 10 pieces. That's when she wanted me to take the chicken breast anyway. When I asked to cancel, she said that it would take a while to refund the card. Wow, if they don't have the product, why do they accept payment? And this isn't the first time, always trying to replace the pieces with the breast. I don't understand. I wonder if this establishment, which is located in the Plaza Shopping in Niterói, always doesn't respect the customer's order. The first time it even went through, but every time it's difficult for an attendant to shout your name and try to make you eat what you didn't order without respecting your order and making it difficult to refund.
