I recently had lunch at Paris, decor reminiscent of a French Bistro, I ordered a piece of filet mignon which wasn't tender at all and made me think it was some other cut. The food is ok, but it's not wow!!!, they put a ridiculously small napkin, like those used for cocktails. There is an atmosphere of friendliness that feels false, somewhat forced. What caught my attention was that when bringing the bill to nearby tables, the waiter asks the person to scan a QRCode and review it on Google, adding that if possible, mention his name, as that would be excellent. The customer ends up serving until the blessed waiter is watching, to the side, to ensure that the 5 stars are given. As I understand that this is not right, the assessment has to be something spontaneous and carried out outside the premises, I said that I was in a hurry and would do the assessment later. I don't know if I'll go back, for the price charged, although it's not extortionate, you can eat very well in a Madero for example.
