Primeira e única vez. Horrível . Teve peças velhas. Teve peças estragadas. Teve peças repetidas várias vezes não tem atendimento nada profissional. Banheiro horrível de sujeira muit porquisse. Não recomendo nem pra inimigo

On Friday, 05/04, I bought a coupon through Laçador de Ofertas, to use at the "Japanese" restaurant Oyabun Sushi. Based on the reviews the restaurant has on the platform, which were all positive and praising, I bought it without fear of using it. When we arrived at the place, we noticed that there weren't many seats available, some of which were impossible to use due to the smell of frying coming from the kitchen. When ordering the dishes, the only waiter available, didn't know how to explain very well what was included, he would only talk about one dish and then mention three others, very confusing. I noticed that the movement was intense for tele deliveries, but in the restaurant there wasn't all that despair, but the whole team seemed VERY CONFUSED. As a result, our order took a LONG time to arrive, as this particular waiter didn't take notes, went to the kitchen and came back with nothing, numerous times. Another moment brought only one of the orders and the other took at least 20 minutes back and forth from the kitchen. Other points we noticed: Seaweed that tastes like something stored for a long time/old; The waiter, in addition to being alone, was wearing a splint on one of his hands, making it clear that he was having a problem and perhaps shouldn't be working; Many employees entering and leaving the kitchen numerous times, affecting the cleanliness of the place; Entry of employees without caps into the kitchen; Employees without identification uniforms; There were no napkins for use, as soon as we arrived we were informed that they had already run out; Lack of noticeable organization in the space; Extremely loud music; Pieces with 90% rice and almost no fish; Fried foods that taste like old oil and have not been properly drained; It was a terrible experience, for the price I didn't expect the best types of fish and a lot of variety, but we expected the minimum of dedication and care with the meal. Finally, we got home and felt sick, with stomach and intestinal pain due to the food.
