I placed an order through the app and it was not delivered. I called the restaurant and they only said that it had been out for delivery a long time ago. I then placed another order and it was not delivered either, leaving me without dinner and without the option of ordering anything else due to the time. Absurdity with an old client! Yesterday, 11/10/24, was an extremely difficult and complicated day for our team, given the strong storm that hit the entire city, causing a lack of electricity at around 7:40 pm, returning only after 5 am morning. We have regions that at this moment, at 6pm on 12/10, are still without power, including the Vila Madalena unit. Our team did the best it could to serve all customers, within the operational and physical limits we had, until the moment we needed to close the operation to maintain the safety and integrity of our employees. Pizza for Fun has many tasty options, great for people with dietary restrictions. BUT, on the day I personally went to place the order, I was greeted with great unwillingness by the woman at the cashier who didn't even inform me that the pasta on the menu was not available.
