We understand the importance of each order and the trust that customers place in us when they choose us. What you have described does not in any way reflect the level of service we strive to provide. We deeply regret that we failed to communicate your order cancellation properly and provided a refund immediately. Unfortunately, at the time, we faced several problems with the platform in relation to the availability of delivery people, before the platform closed its operation in BH, which resulted in the impossibility of delivering your order on the day. This is completely unacceptable and we have taken steps to improve our processes and prevent situations like this from occurring again.
