Our order -- in addition to the photos, -- is in the note with names and values. The le Gustave croissant was delicious! Very soft, and the filling is very tasty. Madeleine was pistachio and didn't taste like pistachios at all. I've never had a Madeleine before, so I can't compare and know what it should be like. But I found it very dry, cloying and didn't taste like the "flavor" it should have. I also thought it was too sweet! The juice I ordered was the orangina which is made from orange, Sicilian lemon and Tahiti lemon. I only drink juice without sugar, but this one was impossible to drink, I added two packets of sugar and it was still very strong. In addition to the orange taste prevailing, it looked almost rotten orange. My sister ordered the opera cake, which I also tried and it was very good. To drink, she ordered an espresso with whipped cream. The coffee is not in the photo because after almost eating everything, and taking great photos, with the delay in delivering the coffee, we discovered that they had forgotten the coffee. I understand that happens. I didn't give 5 stars for everything because of the juice and forgetting the coffee. Another point was the place we stayed. We chose to sit inside, and it was next to the kitchen. It wasn't what bothered me the most, of course, but the coming and going every 2 seconds is a bit uncomfortable. I will come back again because I still want to try other dishes, including the executives and the wedding cake. A positive surprise on this last visit to Campina Grande, it is a charming bistro, with friendly service and good food. The portions are small, but the prices are also modest, so it ends up making sense. I highly recommend the Parma croquette and brie cheese, very tasty and super well done. The wine list is short but has good options for those who, like me, don't know anything about tannins and the like and just enjoy a good glass. My criticism of the place is the "lack of truth" in some dishes. I ordered the filet al poivre, which only came with a mustard sauce on top of the meat, there was no pepper at all in a sauce that is made with peppers, in that sense it was very disappointing, especially since it is the most expensive dish in the house. And also the opera cake, which said it was coated with coffee, and didn't have any coffee flavor, maybe they forgot about this process while they were making it. Both the dish and the dessert were delicious, but did not fail to disappoint due to the expectations that were generated. The truffle is good, with more bitter chocolate, I highly recommend it. I see it as a different restaurant in Campina Grande, I hope it works and I really hope they correct these points, or change the descriptions of the dishes to something closer to reality.
