Terrible service. Tele-delivery took place after the reported 1am, arriving at 1:40am here at home. When it arrived, our pizza had the chicken part stuck to the lid, the sweet part was on top of the salty part and the fries were cold. I called on WhatsApp to have an exchange or refund. We had a huge delay in service and a lack of forecast times. When we decided on a refund, since the exchange would take a long time, they informed us that it would only be for cash and not pix (according to them it would be faster) and we had to wait for them to give us the money and take the order back. This whole story without even an explanation, apology or attempt at a quick resolution as a company that cares about what was agreed with the customer. Food: 1 Service: 1
