KAIFU ASIAN CUISINE * JARDINS/SP Kaifu Asian Cuisine is an elegant restaurant in Jardins, in the heart of São Paulo. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience, combining elements of Japanese, Chinese and Korean cuisine. In fact, it is a creative fusion of the three cuisines with haute cuisine touches. The environment is cozy, calm and modern, extremely well decorated and everything with great taste, the decor is inspired by Asian cultures, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The menu created by chef Dimode Kim is extensive and varied, with options for all tastes, from traditional dishes to innovative and very tasty creations with impeccable presentation! The restaurant has a charming bar with a selection of drinks and Asian beverages. It is an ideal place for a romantic date, lunch or dinner with friends or a special celebration. On my tasting visit I started with Ebi Spicy - Shrimp Cubes breaded with slightly spicy egg mayonnaise. Next, Kimtchi Mandu - Korean-style Gyoza with tofu and Kimtchi and sauce. As a main option, I went for the executive one, which serves very well and is extremely tasty. Gyu - 02 tuna sashimi, 02 salmon sashimi, 01 tuna nigiri, 01 salmon nigiri, 01 spicy bettera, 01 uramaki shake kyuri and portion of burgogui. Accompanies: bantchan (couvert) soup of the day and house salad. It really is very well served, a delicate, tasty and very nutritious cuisine. I loved it! I finished with a dessert from the Gods. Matchá Brûlée - Matchá flavored creme brulée. Very tasty, just the right amount of sweet, balanced and a beautiful presentation! Well, if you are looking for an authentic and delicious oriental gastronomic experience in São Paulo, Kaifu Asian Cuisine is an excellent option.
