Depois de aproveitar Igreja Santa Terezinha, vá até este restaurante, não é longe. O menu de restaurante It's Grill - Pátio Batel é recomendado para os amantes da culinária. Experimentar bife grelhado fascinante, bife cozido saboroso e carne assada ótima é uma boa experiência. Convidados não gostam muito dos moccachino neste restaurante.

I was at It's Grill - Pátio Batel on 12/24/2022. I placed my order for two dishes: one executive grilled chicken and the other Executive Grilled Steak which was more toasted than grilled and I ordered medium rare and an additional pair of fries (150 Gr) According to the invoice. The attendant was rude and rude, but it was ok on Christmas Eve, maybe she was tired but nothing justifies treating customers badly. I spent more than forty minutes waiting. So far so good, maybe they were preparing more portions. Almost an hour later, the meal arrived. Unfortunately DISAPPOINTING. The raw and toasted rice underneath is hard and stuck together, as if leftovers were used and then "fresher" rice was added on top. The meat was dry and burnt with a bitter taste. The fries were rusty and tasted like burnt fat. The carrot salad was very dry, the lettuce was good and also rolled up. The farofa that contained egg was a bit greenish. The other dish, which was chicken, the grilled filet looked like it had been soaked in vinegar, it was so soft. The additional potato I ordered was burnt too. Here is my indignation. Dishes so simple, but so poorly done. I tried to cancel the order due to the delay but the attendant refused, claiming that the manager was not present at the time. That's why I waited with hope that it would be good. UNFORTUNATELY I DIDN'T HAVE THE PLEASURE OF TASTING THE FOOD BECAUSE IT WAS THAT WAY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
