It was supposed to be a special dinner at an expensive restaurant to celebrate Valentine's Day. It became a chaotic, incomplete, but equally expensive dinner. I went to dinner at the Campo Belo branch of the Huto restaurant on the 12th after having made a reservation which stated that they would only serve the tasting menu that day. We went excitedly to the restaurant that appears to have a Michelin star, but our excitement faded throughout the night until we ended up being left behind. Initially, we found the manager's fight with an employee in the middle of the room funny. Nothing conventional, but that wouldn't be what would ruin our night. We sat at the table and within seconds the first dish came without any explanation of what the menu would be. After waiting more than 30 minutes for the second dish, we asked about the service and noticed that they had forgotten us at the table. The dishes began to arrive irregularly until at a certain point they announced dessert to us. We thought that little food had arrived, but we made do. It turns out that, the next day, I went to check if there was any description of what would be served and saw that the menu would include 11 dishes. And I'm sure it wasn't more than 8. I sent a message to the restaurant's Instagram to complain and, after much explaining, the person on the other side who didn't identify themselves acted as if they didn't understand, said that no one else had complained and called it a day. the conversation. I want the security images of the place to be checked to prove that the entire menu charged by Huto did not come. I don't understand how a restaurant with such terrible service can be rated highly. Furthermore: I paid a huge amount for a dinner in which not all the food that was charged to me was served. This is definitely not right. Despite the poor service, I didn't question paying for the services. But I can't accept paying for products that I didn't consume and the restaurant still acting crazy.
