Bad place to eat, this Saturday 09/12 I was there with some family as we were shopping we had the bad idea of placing an order with the largest portion of them worth 105.00, and a portion of polenta to our surprise afterwards As we placed our order, a grumpy girl came from the kitchen and said to the cashier, are you taking orders at this time? And amazingly it was 8:20 pm, it was an awkward atmosphere and to our surprise a reheated and very hard polenta arrived, I went back and asked for a change, however I would like to leave feedback here, as I feel very sorry for the owner trusting such people to treat the customer this way, I hope he follows up on complaints here as soon as possible! I wasted my entire lunch hour waiting for one of the establishment's simplest dishes, deeply dissatisfied. I waited 20 minutes to order my meal. The queue was around 5 people long. Whenever I order, I notice that the employees are completely unhappy and are not afraid to show this with comments between themselves, which causes discomfort among customers. Unfortunately, I made the terrible decision to eat at Griletto. Horrible, horrible food. Poor quality meat. Rice dry and all stuck together. Kale tastes greasy. Never Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R$60–80 Food: 1 Service: 1
