Order arrived cold due to their error. The potato was raw and they didn't send one of the items. This is the second time I've asked and they don't send it. Apparently this item doesn't exist but they leave it at Ifood. Pretty strange. Furthermore, the delivery man arrived at the wrong building and waited 10 minutes until he decided to call me. He was extremely rude for no reason. The restaurant did not want to refund the value of the item they did not send and the inedible potato. They told me they were going to give a discount on the next order... As if I was going to order again. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$120–140 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible. I hadn't ordered for a long time because the quality had dropped a lot, while the price only increased. But today I had the misfortune of, after work, deciding to order from this place again as it was one of the only ones open. I waited for horrors and nothing. When I entered the Ifood chat to complain about the delay, I saw that the restaurant had sent me a message saying that my order had arrived, but due to the impossibility of contact, it returned to the restaurant. I immediately called the reception and asked if a delivery person had gone there to look for my apartment and nothing. I called the restaurant and was greeted with indifference and told that if I wanted my order resend, I would have to pay an extra fee at the store's machine. That it??? What procedure is this that I had never seen at Ifood? I was outraged, because mistakes happen, but bad behavior is another thing. After all, the platform itself warns you about not accepting extra charges, especially if you made the payment through the app. I refused the fee and was soon transferred anyway to another person who answered saying: "Uh, talk." I asked her to identify herself, recounted what happened and she cut me off to talk about the extra fee. I refused again and said that I preferred to cancel and that I would report what happened to the app. In other words, besides the food not being that good, it's expensive, it tries to outsmart you and treats you badly.
