For the 2nd time in a row I have problems with the pizzeria (4th time in total). The penultimate one, I was extremely blocked by the delivery guy and now the order is more than 30 minutes late, the pizzeria doesn't answer and hangs up the phone on me. Before the even dimensions were top notch, now the team has declined precipitously. As a chef and consumer, I no longer recommend it under any circumstances! Food: 5 Service: 1

I found the pizza to be very expensive for what it offers. Small pieces in the American format, I asked for sun-dried meat flavor and they sent cheese with a little bit of meat. I asked to try it, but it was the first and last time. Price per person: R$40–60 Food: 1 Service: 3

Horrible experience. I placed an order at the pizzeria Estela Pizza, requested at around 11:40 pm to be delivered to the Hotel Seara da Beira Mar in Fortaleza Ceará, but the order was not delivered as requested. I made the advance payment via debit card. I contacted the pizzeria, but they insist that the order was delivered by the Ifood delivery person. The hotel guarantees that it did not receive it and that the delivery man left there with the order and even when speaking he did not return the origin. I was arriving from 3 connections and was embarrassed not to have dinner as requested. Bad experience, I paid for something I didn't receive.
