I was at El Chancho Aldeota today, Friday, 12/13/24. I had a terrible experience, as they charged me for items that we had not consumed. I paid 127.90 more than was consumed. When we got home and went to look at the bill in detail, I got a huge scare. I called the restaurant, was answered by an employee who identified himself by the name of Guilherme, who admitted the fork and the exorbitant error, telling me that he could not make the refund because the person responsible for it was not in the unit. The call was recorded, with the employee knowing that he was being recorded and promised that the next day I would be reimbursed, also saying that he had retained my contact details to resolve the issue. I am waiting, if the refund is made without any difficulty, I will return here and praise the conduct and good faith of the establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
