Meu urumaki veio totalmente salgado e todo o combo veio frio,como se não tivesse sido preparado na hora.Molho teriaki veio incompatível com o pedido.E Temaki com casca muito grossa.Peço a um ano e decaiu MUITO na minha opinião e detalhe que paguei super caro porque eles literalmente duplicaram de preço,se subisse o preço e a qualidade subisse junto,seria ótimo mas infelizmente não tá sendo assim!

I've been a customer for years, since they opened. I order it every week at home and I've been to the establishment many times. It had a lot of quality and that's why I recommended it to many friends and family, but unfortunately the quality of the customer service, especially delivery, has been falling. I posted a comment about this on Instagram on one of their posts and they deleted my comment, meaning they don't care about their customers' opinions. Posture of someone who doesn't want to improve. They already brought an order in smaller quantities and when they sent the rest it still came in the wrong quantity, less. Finally, I placed the same order that I always place on the Instagram link and there was an error and the wrong order then appeared and still had a 2-hour deadline for delivery to an address less than 5 minutes from the establishment. I called countless times and sent messages to them but they didn't respond or answer. It simply doesn't work. After a long time, they only replied that the order would come in the same way. Every time I order I put my CPF number next to the order to receive the tax coupon, but I never received it because every time they say there is a problem with the system. In person at the parking lot, I also ask for the tax coupon and the system works normally. Dietary restrictions: My daughter is autistic with support 3 and has food selectivity and eats few things. As she really likes hot philadelphia, I order it every week in several restaurants, but especially this one because it's where I live. I'm just upset because the service has lost a lot of quality.
