I went to your table to ask how the drumsticks were, and I saw that your friend was already at the end of the second drumstick, when you told me it was cold. I promptly apologized and offered to warm up the rest of it, but you didn't accept. I offered another option in exchange, the pie for example, but you didn't accept it either. Our savory snacks are baked in the oven, and trying to justify myself, this late afternoon several drumsticks were ordered (which doesn't happen often). And in our anxiety to serve all customers quickly, we failed in the oven time. You also finished by saying that the Red Velvet that your other friend was eating was dry, I apologized again and offered you a slice of chocolate cake, a pudding... but you didn't accept it either. Our red velvet cake is valid for sale for 5 days under refrigeration. As it stays in the refrigerator, its outer side becomes harder, forming a crust. This is common and does not compromise 99% of the share. We do work with quality products, I am transparent about this, whether on social media or with my kitchen open to all our customers, which we affectionately call DorellaLover.
