I already know the atmosphere and food of the place, the food is quality, the atmosphere leaves something to be desired, but regarding delivery I had a regrettable experience: It is with extreme indignation that I come to report the terrible experience I had when trying to place an order at Churrascaria o Rubinho today, March 17, 2024. Order placed and confirmed: I placed the order at 12:06, as shown in the attached image, and it was confirmed by the attendant. However, until 2:14 pm, almost two hours later, I did not receive my food, even though I was told that they were sending it to me... False promises and neglect: During this time, I contacted the steakhouse several times to inquire about the status of my order. On each occasion, I was informed that the order was "about to go out" and that the delivery man was already on his way. Lack of communication and respect: However, I never received any real update on the progress of my order. The steakhouse simply didn't communicate transparently and left me waiting, without any consideration for my time or hunger. Total disorganization and incompetence: This situation demonstrates total disorganization and incompetence on the part of Churrascaria o Rubinho. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to confirm an order and simply not deliver it within the expected time frame, without any communication with the customer. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
