Atendimento ao cliente via whatsapp péssimo para encomenda. Comunicação não é clara, não é respondido objetivamente o que o cliente pergunta, e ainda anota o pedido errado colocando algo que o cliente não informou em nenhum momento. A atendente da loja bastante solícita para resolver o problema mas não conseguiu reverter a péssima imagem gerada.

I liked basically everything, the food was good, the service was good and the place was very clean. I had a chicken puff pastry (18.90), a glass of orange juice (12.10) and a brigadeiro (7.30!!!???). I think that as you can see, despite everything being delicious, it is waaaaaaaay overpriced. I understand that the location influences the price a lot, but I never expected to pay almost 8 reais for a normal brigadeiro... The best party snacks in the world are from Balu!!! They are dry and very crunchy!! A delight! And the orange juice is actually from the fruit! Unlike other restaurants and cafes that claim to be but actually aren't! Only prices that could improve lol I would love for there to be a Balu at Iguatemi! :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
