Nice place, delicious ice cream. It's a shame that the attendants are not prepared to deal with, amazingly, customer service. They are not even prepared to deal with human beings. Poorly educated, unprepared and ignorant. It's also a shame that Bacio is adopting the mystery of ice cream. The ice cream just stays covered. I know it's even more hygienic and maintains the product's temperature, but they should at least put a transparent lid on it. Since the servers don't let you try the ice cream, they should at least allow the customer to see the product. Bad experience. I think it's absurd to pay almost R$30.00 for an ice cream only to be treated badly and poorly. I've been to several Bacio units and in none of them I received such bad service and bad service, it seemed like I was asking the attendant for a favor, in addition the ice cream was melting all over and this on a day with a very pleasant temperature and zero heat.
