Sempre que vamos levar as crianças ao hospital, ou mesmo na UPA ali próximo durante o dia, paramos lá para almoçar. O parmegiana grande deles é maravilhoso e serve bem 3 pessoas. Cerveja gelada, pratos bem servidos e atendimento rápido. Têm cadeirão para crianças pequenas. No local tem um parklet que dá pra comer do lado de fora sob um sombreiro. I live a few blocks from D'Angelo. I went to lunch once in person and ordered dinner once via iFood. In person, normal food for this type of bar/restaurant: it will never win Michelin stars, but it was very satisfactory and the service was correct. Some time later, I ordered a steak on iFood. It was late at night, but there were still around 40 minutes before the restaurant closed (according to iFood time) and my order was accepted. The first delivery man went there, waited more than 20 minutes and abandoned the delivery. Then there was another, who also waited another 20 minutes. By then it had been ONE HOUR since my order. I was about to send a message asking the reason for the delay when I received the message from iFood: "Your order was canceled because the store is closed." At that point, it was supposed to be closed, but my order had been accepted, it was pending, it was made long before that and there was a delivery man there. And a horse steak is not a complicated or time-consuming dish to make... They didn't give me any satisfaction; If there was a problem, they could have had the consideration to let me know via chat or phone. Instead, they left me waiting for an hour hungry, disrespecting me and TWO delivery people, and then leaving us hanging, without any satisfaction or apology. After that, it became a point of honor for me to never eat or order from D'Angelo again. I'm still giving it two stars because of the good in-person experience, but if it weren't for that, I'd give it just one.
