I went to We Donuts Indaiatuba via WhatsApp to place an order, not just for myself but also for all my co-workers and I felt injured and very humiliated by the employees! Firstly I said that I still had the loyalty card, the girl said to place the order and I did, right after sending the message she said it would only have to be the traditional ones (as they had changed the shape of the cards and it could no longer be filled donuts) ..I said it was ok, and again I took everyone's order and sent it, she asked me to send a photo with the torn cards and that's how it was done. I asked him to let me know when the order was going out and then half an hour, 40 minutes, 1 hour, 1 hour and a half, 2 hours passed and nothing came out. I sent a message again and they told me that my order was cancelled, as if it were the most natural thing after two hours of delay! If I hadn't sent the message, I would have been waiting until now. I asked what the reason was for canceling and they told me that the card was no longer valid due to problems that the company presented and I was told what happened. In that case, another girl asked if I had proof of purchase, but I ask, who has proof of basically all purchases? Well, no one in this world has it! Then they started to treat me with disdain and after more than 2 hours I was told that I hadn't seen the photo of the cards that I had torn up, as I was asked to do and I said that as I already had them, I could "exchange" them for the cards. new ones and place the order and behold, I received the answer: “I can’t do it” after all this time waiting. I told everyone who works with me and we agreed to discard the cards I had and pay for them to be delivered to us and everyone agreed, the employees in question asked me if I could go to the store, but I said no because I would be working and I told everyone that work with me that I understand the company's rules but that this mistake was not made by me but by the attendants because they told me one thing and then they told me another thing, they treated me in a non-polite way, saying that if I wanted, I could talk to the company owner and they dismissed me with a message saying “have a good week”. Obviously, seeing the way I was treated, I felt embarrassed by the situation, humiliated and everyone read the messages and didn't want to order anymore... after that, we bought the competitor's donuts, received great service and now we have become loyal customers of them. . If all the customers who bought there and have this loyalty card are treated the way I was treated, they will lose more customers just as they lost me and all the people who work with me, as it was a lack of respect to leave a customer waiting for hours a request that, as I said before, if I hadn't sent a message I would have been waiting until now!
