When I went with my friend, we loved the gelato and the attendant made a very neat little container for us, unlike many competing gelatos where it seems like they are miserable when it comes to serving the dessert. recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: R$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Gelato

The ice cream is wonderful, but the service is TERRIBLE, the attendants serve with arrogance, bad humor and no politeness at all. I always buy it and I always highlight the bad mood of the customer beforehand...but today was the extreme...I went to the kiosk like every week, In front of me there was a family, I think, asking questions and trying out the flavors and they left...so I stopped in front of the glass so I could order. me..I waited to see if they would answer me and nothing, so I went to the cashier to try to order and one looked at the other and they told me that they weren't serving me and continued doing what they were doing..even after this insult I won't go back. I work with public for over 13 years too.. I know how to treat customers and I think that if you don't like what you do, make space for those who really need it and don't keep taking vacancies and making your job lose customers.
