I ordered from Ifood, I waited more than 1:30 hours patiently for my food. When the delivery time passed, I contacted the “restaurant” and in addition to being super rude and rude, they refused to give any further explanations about the problem! Negligence towards the customer and consumer! I wanted to be able to comment on the food but luckily I didn't have the experience of eating their “meal”! I ordered a poke for my girlfriend through Ifood and it simply arrived with a BEETLE inside the poke. I believe that the insect did not come in the motorcycle courier's backpack as the product was very well packaged, suggesting that it was placed or ended up inside the restaurant itself. In any case, the disregard for the customer is impressive, considering that they didn't even consider listening to what I had to say. This not only demonstrates a lack of professionalism but also a lack of character.
