This is the fourth time I've ordered, the first time it was very good, but after that unfortunately it just went downhill. The second time it was super greasy, the third and fourth time I spent more than an hour and a half like a clown waiting for my order. Until I gave up, and had to go to bed hungry. A lot of lack of consideration for the customer, and you don't even respond to messages. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: R$80–100 Service: 1

We were there today! Me, my husband, my daughter and my son-in-law. We sat down and ordered a portion of shrimp and a portion of shrimp, we asked for wine, but the waiter informed us that there was none. Before the order arrived, I saw another waiter serving wine to a customer, so I asked and was told that the wine arrived, but they forgot to ask us if we still wanted it, so they brought it, but it was HOT and they didn't even ask if we wanted ice. AFTER 1 hour of waiting, they brought the portion of shrimp without salt and lemon and on the table, there were no napkins, and they informed us (AFTER 1 hour of waiting) that our trail would not arrive because it had ended. We asked for the bill and left! NOTE: I did not allow the waiter's commission to be paid, as he did not inform us that it would take a while to bring our order, that the wine had arrived and that the trail had ended so that we could choose something else. ZERO rating!
