Great restaurant option in the square, too bad they were out of Heineken beer, there was a portion promotion with double beer and according to the attendant it had been 4 days without a response. I bought the portion and they replaced it with longneck on sale. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I just don't give it a 0 because there's no way, I know it's busy at lunch time so I came early to avoid queues, when I arrived it was 11:35 am and there was only 1 person in front of me. After 40 minutes waiting for my dish. I complained about the delay and they told me to wait a little longer. They passed several orders at the front. After waiting 1 hour, I requested a refund to eat elsewhere. Worse, I only have 1 hour for lunch and I will need to explain and work 1 extra hour to pay for this lost hour. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R$40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
