The order was placed quickly and intuitively via WhatsApp, which redirects the customer to a website. As it was my first order, I thought it was bad because I couldn't answer questions about the menu by voice. But everything went well. Once the order is placed, you can track preparation and dispatch but not track the delivery person like other sites. The service arrived about 10 minutes late but everything was hot and the Coke was cold. I'm just afraid that if we were in Itapecerica winter it would be cold due to the delay. Constructive criticism remains. Well packaged, it could be better if the bag is sealed. It was well stapled. Paper bag, snack packaging and box with potatoes personalized in a simple but elegant way. The fries arrived hot, dry, with just the right amount of salt. It shouldn't be anything like Mc's because it's fresh potatoes and not molded potato paste. The touch of black pepper made all the difference. In the end, the inside of the box shows that it was not soaked in oil. Rating 10. The jar of Sicilian mayonnaise came tightly closed and I ate the potatoes with it instead of ketchup. The mayonnaise is very light with a strong lemon flavor and well seasoned. I don't regret ordering and trying it. The snack was well packaged, it didn't come leaking and it also arrived hot, with the bacon cooked to perfection and the burger I ordered well done and without blood, it arrived just right, juicy, no shoe soles. Tasty snack. Fresh and soft bread. Quality cheese. I will definitely be a regular customer and recommend you. The only thing left is the delivery deadline not being met exactly but perfectly tolerable. Much success to the house and keep up the good work. A sachet of mustard and a sachet of ketchup came standard. I haven't used it but customers could have the option to order more if they use it. For those who work night shifts, it is advisable to send napkins. Very good experience. Better than expected. The expected delivery between 22 17h and 2227h arrived at 2240h. As I said, acceptable but needs to improve for the winter. June 1, 2024 perfect delivery and snacks for 2 with all the flavor and quality. I didn't think it was professional to ask to pay with a credit card and then send a WhatsApp message to ask for pix. But it is a great option, fair price, quality, trust and congratulations on the initiative and professionalism in our Parque Paraiso. #itapecericadaserra wins for sure. June 1st and they got better for the winter. I ordered 2356h and received 0026h on the 1st. Congratulations on the deliciousness.
