The establishment only has an electronic menu - "tablet", with all-you-can-eat and à la carte options. We requested a double rotation and a half rotation, due to my son's age (7 years old), my daughter chose not to participate in the rotation. During dinner, my daughter chose to order an à la carte temaki, via the electronic menu. The waiter reported to the table and explained that the temaki was part of the rotation. We explained to him that she was not participating in the rotation and that she was ordering the a la carte; He returns to the cashier and talks to a woman, then returns to the table and informs us that a la carte would not be possible, as we were already on the rotation. At this point I said that I could choose the a la carte, as the establishment works with both options and asked to call the person in charge. A woman came to the table and explained that in the house system it was not possible to mix all-you-can-eat and a la carte at the same table. At this point, again, I told her that we had the right to choose and she said no. I asked her where it was written and she informed us that she hadn't written it because the website was undergoing maintenance, so I informed her that she couldn't demand something that wasn't written, she replied "that's the house rule"; At this moment another woman comes and says the same thing "that's the rule of the house, you can't eat a la carte and all-you-can-eat at the same table", I informed her that it was my right as a consumer, she told me to go after the law and not let me He handed over the consumer code when I released it, as there was none on site. My children, my husband and I, already nervous, with the humiliating situation, as there were more customers and employees in the establishment, all looking at us, I stood up and said "if my daughter can't eat, we will leave", the last woman who was at the table, he said in a mocking and insulting tone "you don't need to pay, it's a free gift", the more nervous we became, my children started to cry. We left, feeling humiliated by the embarrassing situation, I stopped at the pharmacy next door, my husband and the children went into the bakery. I called the police and at 7:50 pm the officer arrived and reported what had happened, where a police report was opened.
