I placed an order through Ifood, they didn't deliver on time, I called to find out what had happened, the time had already passed and they didn't answer the calls. Terrible delivery service. Unfortunately we have to put a star, but it has to be no star.

BAD EXPERIENCE - DO YOU WANT TO SPEND MONEY AND BE HUNGRY? ORDER A RO DELIVERY IN São João de Meriti. Purchase attempt made via Ifood on 02/12/2024. I say attempt because I paid, but I simply spent more than an hour hungry waiting for the order to arrive. I didn't get any satisfaction from the store. When I tried to cancel, the store denied the order and asked me to wait another 15 minutes. I accepted. 15 minutes passed and the store asked me bluntly to wait another 15! I asked them to cancel it and they tried to trick me into waiting longer. Only when I threatened to go online did they decide to cancel. TERRIBLE experience. TOTAL neglect. Dietary restrictions: Those who do not accept feeling hungry should not buy, as the order will not arrive. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
