O sucesso desse lugar não seria possível sem os funcionários bem treinados. É sempre agradável comer aqui por causa do serviço formidável. Os preços razoáveis neste restaurante são uma boa notícia para os visitantes. Venha aqui por causa do ambiente espetacular. Esse ponto tem classificação 4.6 pelos convidados no Google.

I visited Sushi Bamboo Piracicaba, where I have been a sporadic customer for many years, and I noticed that the place has lost a little in quality, which is why I am revising my evaluation, which was the highest. Located on a main street in the center of Piracicaba, parking is easy in the surroundings and the house has its charm, but is in need of some care and renovation. To begin with, something that annoys me in any Japanese restaurant is having two prices, the first (Experience R$129 for Sunday lunch) and the second (Premium R$159 for Sunday lunch) and only the latter includes seafood, tuna and a special dessert. The high price would not be a problem if the quality was impeccable. It was not the case. Also, an ad from a few weeks ago posts another cheaper price on their Instagram. Very annoying to have to ask about it. We paid the higher amount after questioning and being informed of the price. They need to review their advertising! The Experience version includes many tasty and well-prepared pieces (see photos), but only salmon and tilapia like white fish, it could be improved by finding a single and intermediate price that includes what the customer wants to eat. Example: I don't eat shrimp and any seafood, but would like to have tuna and dessert. The service of a pregnant waitress was the best - the highlight - she was friendly, very polite, efficient and helped with the orders, but the rest showed a rush, dissatisfaction, a waiter even hit me with a tray, such was the rush . They lost a lot of that warmth where I celebrated many special dates. Another extremely unpleasant point is paying the service fee separately. How inelegant! They need to review this urgently because it leaves a bad impression, and maybe that has made the service drop. Upon entering, the smell of frying is quite strong. The toilets are kind of abandoned, with a bad smell, and they weren't like that. Even the kids area could be improved. Today, taking friends who had never been to a place I've always found a reference, we were all very disappointed. I emphasize that the oriental food itself is very good and well served. Menu only in QR code. In short, I would suggest that you review the points raised. Faced with so many good options that we have in the region, I am afraid to return or recommend.
