What an incredible place! The service is excellent and the food hmmm wonderful! And there is also typical music from Pará to improve the atmosphere even more! I am unfortunately reporting a case of mistreatment by the attendant at Santo Jambu suffered by my mother, a restaurant in Pará that is located in clear waters and, by the way, has excellent food. But unfortunately Jessica, that was the name she gave me, she came to my table calling me rude and that I had mistreated her friend and that I am rude and arrogant. I don't know this citizen...The establishment must be concerned about employing professionals who care about serving and leaving the customer at ease and not taking satisfaction with the intention of getting away with it. We received this report personally and as it was a service issue, we brought the team together for a meeting. To our surprise, another employee (who is the owner's daughter) also reported having been mistreated by the same customer at a previous time. We are very sorry that this type of behavior with slavery heritage is still practiced in our country. Our team always works hard to provide good service and we are always open to feedback to improve, but respect goes both ways.More
