Although the cone is tasty, eating it without the gelato can become a little sickening. The atmosphere is pleasant, with several tables and good organization. However, on certain days and times, the place can be very crowded, which can lead to some disorganization, and parking becomes a problem. Queues tend to be long, which results in longer service times. When it's your turn, the servers are attentive, and you can try whatever gelato you want. However, due to the number of people waiting, the attendants speed up service, which can make you feel pressured to choose quickly, without much time to decide or try the flavors. In addition to the gelato, which is high quality and very tasty, San Paolo offers other options. One of them is Café Paolo, a pleasant surprise. The espresso is excellent and comes with a mini scoop of gelato (the flavor of your choice) in a mini basket, made from the same dough as the cone, allowing you to enjoy the gelato with high quality coffee. A big difference that really made me loyal as a customer is the company's cashback policy. With each purchase, you accumulate a value that can be used on any unit, with a redemption period of 90 days. It's worth checking the website for more details on this policy. Overall, among the gelaterias I visited, San Paolo stands out in terms of value for money.
