Saikoo Oriental Sushi, I write this complaint with great dissatisfaction after having had the worst experience of my life in your establishment. I went to visit the restaurant hoping to enjoy a pleasant meal, but unfortunately, what I found was completely disheartening. Firstly, the cleanliness of the place was in a deplorable state. It was evident that the environment was not given due attention, and this contributed to an extremely unpleasant experience. Furthermore, the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The staff seemed disinterested and even uncomfortable being at the establishment. This directly affected the quality of the service, making it slow and ineffective. As for the food, the sushi pieces were disappointing. There were no signs of fresh fish, and in some cases you could barely tell there was fish in the pieces. I would strongly warn future customers to avoid this depressing place. There are many other options in the region that offer a far superior gastronomic experience. It's unfortunate that my visit to Saikoo Oriental Sushi was so terrible. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$80–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
