O produto é maravilhoso, oferecem ótimos hambúrgueres mas infelizmente o tempo de espera para delivery está ultrapassando 1h. Isso acaba desestimulando o consumidor. Food: 5

Generally, at the Root Burger unit in Vilas do Atlântico, I order the Big King, but yesterday I decided to innovate and order the Burger of the Month: potato bread, 150g beef blend, super creamy cottage cheese and bacon farofa. I regretted it. 1. The bread was hard, crumbly. 2. It came without the bacon crumble. Furthermore, I ordered a special potato and it came with little bacon, in a smaller-looking rectangular package, contrasting with previous orders, in which the potato came with more bacon, in a larger, square package. The quality has dropped a lot. Regrettable. Updating: I decided to go to Root Burguer (Vilas) yesterday. It's worse, songs with "inappropriate" lyrics. Lots of noise, the paintings on the wall have nothing to do with anything. A woman came out of the kitchen to smoke near the entrance (who's to say she won't prepare the food with a "cigarette hand"?). Employees leaving a cell phone charger or device on the customer's table/chair. The order took a long time and when it arrived, the quality worsened compared to my last comment. They lost a customer.
