As we work with ethics and respect for the customer, we paid full attention to your complaint, including showing you a closed package, in which you can see that the meat really wasn't that fatty, but was sirloin. Other customers who ordered the same dish praised it, perhaps what prompted you to complain was not paying the R$99.00 for the 400g plate of PICANHA, rice, beans, fries and salad, and claimed to be Contra Filé to pay $79.90, which Maybe it makes a difference to you, but for us money is not important, customer satisfaction is. You ordered pasta with olive oil and garlic, which is served with 220g of pasta. If you were really hungry you should have ordered pasta that came with meat or shrimp, but maybe you wanted to save money.
