I have visited the establishment several times and, on the first occasions, I received very good service, especially by the employees Maciel, Marcinho and Ricardo. However, today I was very disappointed with the service provided by a waiter, a grumpy, dissatisfied and rude man. Initially, we placed three orders for soft drinks, but the waiter did not fulfill them. He seemed more interested in talking to other customers, with whom he already had an affinity, and forgot about our orders, despite there not being much demand at the moment. When we went to close the account, we were surprised by the service charge, which we decided to refuse. Unhappy with our decision, the waiter said that the next time we visited the place, we should take our orders directly at the counter, as he refused to serve us. Furthermore, he made a point of reminding us that, on other occasions, he had been very helpful (as if that wasn't part of his obligation as a waiter). As a consumer and customer of the establishment, I express my dissatisfaction with the service received. Unfortunately, with this type of employee, it is impossible to continue attending Contemporâneo. I would also like to highlight the unfairness of charging 75% of the value of the entire portion when ordering a half portion. This policy forces the customer to order the entire portion and also subjects them to poor quality service. From the restaurant owners, the service is excellent! On the other hand, the service from the waiter, Tarley, is horrible! He simply thinks you are in his house, treats you in the rudest way possible and even thinks it's bad for not paying the 10%.
