I visited Churrascaria Recanto do Gaúcho recently and unfortunately, my experience was extremely unpleasant. The service was terrible from the moment I entered. The staff seemed disinterested and not very attentive to the needs of the customers and the lack of attention to the customers was evident. The quality of the food was very poor, tasteless and seemed to have been left for a long time before being served. The variety on the menu was limited, and the options available were of low quality. The ambiance was also disappointing. The place was poorly maintained and did not appear clean. This contributed to an overall negative experience. Considering the quality of the food and service, the prices charged are completely disproportionate. The value for money is extremely bad. I attempted to address my concerns with management, but unfortunately, the response was unsatisfactory. The lack of interest in solving the problems presented was frustrating. In short, my visit to Churrascaria Recanto do Gaúcho was an extremely disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, considering the poor quality of the food, the terrible service and the management's lack of commitment to solving problems. I hope this report is useful to other consumers and that the establishment considers improvements to provide a more positive experience for customers.
