Responding to Rabada Botequim, you asked if you could just have a sample of the product, which was a house beer, I have nothing to complain about the waiter because he was polite and said that there was no way but that it was good, and so far so good, but the owner listened and got involved in the conversation saying the following phrase "if he's saying it's good, it's because it's good and I'm not going to give a free sample if I don't need to give it to everyone" with the greatest tone of arrogance, and You just asked once if you could try it first, I believe that's not how you should treat a customer, if the owner said he couldn't try it but gave his word that it was a good beer with a friendly tone, it would definitely be better service. And we didn't get rid of the place, we just left the Brahma beer we ordered (after the incident) on the table and left because it wasn't Brahma lol.

Where nothing is solved, only problems of communication and interpretation are created. And yes, the gentleman mentioned was arrogant and dismissive of the items as you are doing in your response.
