My entire experience with this restaurant was horrible! I first tried customer service via WhatsApp and they took forever to respond! I ordered through the app, 2 orders for different places, they accepted both and I had already paid, they delivered the first one and forgot the second one. I received the order at my house after 2 hours, with what was left of the day's food. It was all leftover, completely cold food! I asked them not to give me undercooked meat and guess what? All raw! Bleeding and extremely TOUGH beef! Raw sausage, RAW chicken! Chicken wasn't even an option at Marmitex, it was sirloin and I didn't even see any color! In short: we were disgusted with eating and threw 100 REALS IN THE TRASH! Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
