Guys at Parme GiGi, I felt very embarrassed and upset. In a delivery order, while in a hotel: 1. I ordered the meal with the soft drink and they didn't send it. 2. I was specific in the request with you, about the invoice being Tax, about how it should be and you said ok and everything was fine. They didn't send it. 3. I complained about the note, it took them 1 hour and a half to respond, I had already slept and they said they didn't know I wanted the note (!) Since it was written on WhatsApp and they said ok on the note request. 4. They called me twice, I woke up and responded, they told me they would send the note via WhatsApp, I informed them that upon receipt of the note I would make the pix, they didn't see the message. 5. And now I'm charged and they still bring the wrong note. I complained at 9:41 pm and now at 11:45 pm I receive a call from reception saying they came to charge me! I was charged in the middle of the hotel lobby, I need to get out of bed, even though I said I was sleeping. To go down, receive the wrong bill and still hear that "the bill is not the correct value, but they won't even charge the 10% since I wasn't in the store". Hey?? I had the patience to wait for them to respond, to receive the wrong order and not refuse, to say that it was ok for them to send it to me when they gave the note, to end up at a financial loss and in return I received that. I ate there once and liked it and evaluated it. Today I repeated the same order, only for delivery. And this happens to me. I describe what happened to the restaurant and receive: "Mr Guilherme, I really want to apologize. I’ll get my employee’s attention.” Not even the correct note will be issued. There is no team, "it's the employee's fault". I understand the employee's concern about closing the cash register and the store and I don't think this is the simple solution.
